Molly Raya
Owner & Executive Director
Construction and renovation have always been part of my life. As a child, I spent weekends helping my father maintain and renovate his Portland rental properties, sparking a passion for hands-on work. Over the years, I found myself returning to remodeling, design, and project management, driven by my love for bringing a vision to life.
With a background in Home Energy Assessment, Seismic Installation, General Contracting, and Project Management, as well as Architecture studies, I bring a holistic approach to every project. I understand how to make spaces functional, comfortable, and inviting, and I’m committed to delivering results that exceed expectations.
Jason Dorsey
Executive Manager
With a career spanning multiple industries, I bring a strategic and organized approach to project management. From overseeing warehouse operations to serving as Director of Operations for a golf shop, I’ve honed my skills in team leadership, workflow optimization, and customer service.
At Bloom, I focus on building strong relationships—both with our skilled onsite teams and with our clients. I ensure that every project is executed smoothly, efficiently, and with attention to detail, making the remodeling process as seamless as possible.
